Our Work: Sweet Yesterdays

Background

New owners of the traditional sweet shop on the corner of High Street and Belvedere Road in central Broadstairs approached us in early 2019 with a vision to be selling their traditional range of sweets not only from the shop but also online via the web.

We worked with them to develop their lines of confectionery that they wanted on the online shop and then used Opencart technology to provide that facility to shoppers local and further afield.

The website has hundreds of sweets available across a dozen sections as well as clean and simple payment by Paypal. The back-end of the site is managed by the shop owners meaning they can change their stock levels, products, orders, images, etc. themselves.
